My name is Ray O’Donnell and I am based in the Phoenix metro area, but I am originally from New York and lived in Georgia for over 25 years.
Ever since I was a kid I have been interested in how things work, and have always had a knack for building and repairing anything from cars, electronics and anything in a home. I have always done my own repairs most of the time.
Why did I decide to become a handyman? People have always told me I should go into business doing repairs because I can always figure out a problem and I am always eager to fix what is broken. I have also found over the years it is hard to get someone to show up whenever I needed to hire someone due to lack of time to do it myself. I constantly hear this complaint from neighbors and friends when they are looking to hire someone for a project as well. This is partially what prompted us to start this company. You will find that I always return calls and texts, and I show up and follow through. I am clear and upfront with my pricing and scope of work, and communicate any issues that may arise promptly and will always treat you with respect.

Are estimates free?Estimates are free! We try to have an honest and accurate estimate for you. No one likes surprises, but sometime things come up during a project that may require extra charges that are not known during the estimate phase. We do try our best for this not to happen.

What do you charge?Smaller jobs are usually billed by the hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Larger or specialized jobs are billed as a flat rate and would be discussed during initial consultation. On larger projects a deposit may be required.

Do you schedule appointments Sunday and Holidays?At this time we do not schedule work or appointments on Sundays or major holidays (Independence day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, and other holidays. Please check in Google for dates when we will be closed.

Do I need to be at the property at the time of service?It is not absolutely necessary, but we prefer to have someone at the home that is at least 18 years old. You can arrange access for us to gain access to your property and to lock after we leave. If you are out-of-state, we can provide pictures and videos of the finished project that would be emailed along with the invoice. We will treat your home with the up most respect and care. The only thing we ask is contact information for decisions and information for payment upon completion of project.
